Brief Answer:
Diagnosis: Stye

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thank you for trusting us with your health concern

I have gone through your symptoms and the attached picture. It seems to be stye which is infected gland on the eyelid. A stye can take 10 to 14 days to heal completely. However, if you are not starting to feel better in 5 days or you notice worsening symptoms, them oral antibiotics (like Keflex 500 mg twice daily for a week is recommended.
So, please follow up with your primary provider if you are not starting to feel better.
Meanwhile, you can continue applying hit compress. You can also take Advil 400 mg thrice daily to reduce pain and inflammation.
Clean your eye lid twice daily with cotton swab soaked in baby shampoo. Do not use harsh and irriating soaps or other products on the eye until the stye heals.

Hope this answers your question
