Question: i have pain in Molaren and pramolaren teeth since 15-20 days.
i am using sysnodyn relief, but still little pain in night.

On seeing the photo, there seems to be caries in tooth. Since pain there, it seems to have affected the pulp of tooth.
It requires dental visit. They may recommend root canal treatment and capping of tooth.
If there was no pain, then filling the cavity would have been enough.
I will recommend that you visit the dentist soon. He may give you some antibiotics like amoxicillin for 3 days before starting treatment. Meanwhile you can do daily rinsing of teeth with listerine mouthwash.
