I Have A Wound That Is Not Healing About The
Question: i have a wound that is not healing about the size of a quarter. a little itching but the scab came of and now it exposed with a lite pus forming on top.iuse a triple antibiotic ointment with gauze covering chang daily.is the an another ointment i should be usingdo i let it get air between dressings. no real pain, slightly red around the

It also looks like you may need surgical debridement of the wound that may be stopping it from healing. I'm not sure how long you've had this wound or if a doctor has seen it yet, but if you have not is that a doctor see it yet it certainly needs help if it is to heal. Just putting antibiotic ointment will not be enough for this one to heal in my opinion.
