Brief Answer:
Jock itch, use antifungal creams.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

It seems like you are suffering from jock itch. It is caused by a fungal infection of skin in groin area.
I think it is not good to use triamcinolone ointment. You should use an antifungal ketoconazole lotion ( nizoral). Wash area twice daily with it.
Also use an antifungal cream like clotrimoxazol cream or monistat to apply three times daily.

Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Don't keep your skin wet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear and thank you for asking again.
Jock itch is caused by a fungal infection. The fungus normally lives in our skin without causing infection. In some causes, favorised from wet clothes or constantly wet skin they multiply causing infection.
You should wash skin well after exercising and dry it well with towels. You can even use hairdryer to dry skin.
Don't keep wet clothes for longer.
Use cotton cloths.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
