As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor'.

I have gone through your query and reports. You are deficient of vitamin D. I would suggest you take Cap. Dvion 60,000 IU once weekly for 12 weeks. Walking for half an hour between 9 am to 3 pm will also help in vitamin D production.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I cannot see any reports related to cholesterol. You are not having diabetes, Do not worry. You can just diet and exercise to control your blood sugar. But it is a very slight raise, so I would not tell you to worry about it.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.

Hi,

Yes, I have seen your cholesterol report. It is borderline. I would suggest you have a good diet, avoid oily food and do exercise such as walking or treadmill daily for half an hour. Nothing to worry. You can take some multivitamin such as Cap. Becadexamin once daily after dinner.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further.
