Brief Answer:
Need to rule out diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Has there been any changes in your weight recently?
In my opinion, before labeling mind as the cause, I will suggest to rule out conditions like diabetes etc. Basic blood tests are needed that include complete blood count, fasting blood sugar, serum electrolytes, liver function test, kidney function test, lipid profile, thyroid profile. Also let me know your weight, height and blood pressure.

If appetite is increased then I will suggest that you eat healthy foods like fruits, salad and other vegetarian foods. Also drink cleaner water. Avoid sugary, spicy, salty and fatty foods. Mind can be controlled by meditation e.g doing guided meditation.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
