I would like to know if you have any kind of allergy, like, are you uncomfortable in dust and smoke because your symptoms look like that of allergy.

I think previously also you have had symptoms though I do not know the details. Both nose and ear blockage can be due to nasal allergy.

You may take an anti-allergic medicine like a montelukast and levocetirizine combination i.e. Montair LC and use a nasal spray like fluticasone nasal spray twice a day. Take some steam inhalation, do warm saline gargles, and avoid dust and smoke. Avoid junk food and cold beverages. If you are a smoker, you may have to quit it. Do some breathing exercises.

If you have any acidity problems, please take a capsule Pantoprazole/Domperidone (e.g. Pan D) in the morning because acid reflux can also cause such irritation in the throat.
