Brief Answer:
Need to keep diabetes under control

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted ED that you have is due to two factors related to diabetes
2) Diabetic Neuritis which is sequele of uncontrolled or poorly controlled diabetes
2) Diabetic Vasculitis which results in to narrowing of arterial tributaries that supply arterial blood to erectile tissue in penis leading to ED

It is utmost important to keep diabetes well controlled with either oral medication or Insulin under supervision of qualified Diabetologist .

Get your color Doppler Scan of penis done to establish either of these causes for ED.

Keeping diabetes under control, is a key to maintain sexual potency and erectile function .

Taking Sildenafil (Viagra) or Tadalafil as on demand does help to get hard erection .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
