Brief Answer:
Some more information, please.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all, do not panic.
In my opinion, your symptoms can be due to some kind of pelvic infection or pelvic congestion syndrome or due to a condition called as endometriosis.

I would like to know about the following-
1. Are you still getting your menses?
2. Have you done USG in the recent past?
3.Have you done any gynecology check-up recently?

Please let me know about this to help you out in a better way.
Please continue with your current medications.

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.

Thanks.

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS AS REQUESTED,

NO I AM NO LONGER GETTING MY MENSES.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT USG IS, SO I CAN NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION.
NO I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HAD MY ANNUAL GYNECOLOGY CHECK UP IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, DUE TO KNOW INSURANCE. I WILL HAVE INSURANCE EFFECTIVE XXXXXXX 1, 2018.

BASED ON YOUR OPINION IS THERE ANYTHING OTC I CAN DO UNTIL MY INSURANCE GOES INTO EFFECT? THE PEPTO BISMOL SEEMS TO HELP WITH THE PAIN IN MY PELVIC AND THE NAUSEA.
