1. Daily brisk morning walks for at least 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

2. No smoking at all.

3. Low carbohydrates and high fibre and protein diet.

4. Avoid junk food.

5. Take plenty of water daily.

6. Avoid to much of caffeine containing drinks.

7. Adequate sleep for atleast 7 hrs daily.

8. Stay stress free as much possible.
