Can you describe when and how do these cramps develop? Is it during cycling / exercise or later when you are at rest?
During exercise as the muscle work out, lactic acid accumulates within muscles which leads to cramps and pain. Drinking plenty of fluids during workout and resting adequately helps prevent cramps.
If the cramps that you have are not the ones as explained, describe it further.
