Question: hi sir, my age is 29 years and my problem is my penis is smaller and it does not get much strong/hard. can u please help me out with this.

If you provide more information then it will be more helpful in understanding your problem. Please provide the length of penis while not erected and erected state.
Usual average length of flaccid penis is 3.5 inches. But a penis more than 2.5 inches is enough to satisfy a female as in vagina only 2.5 inches is the only sensitive part.
If possible upload pictures of penis in erected and flaccid state also.
