Brief Answer:
Possible infection vs Autoimmune cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query and images in detail.

The possibility of infection-induced rash or an underlying autoimmune disease is high considering your symptoms. Hence it has to be carefully evaluated.

Before guiding you further, I would like to know the following:

1. Since how long are you having these symptoms?

2. Is there any associated bleeding into the skin? Like pin headed microbleeds?

3. Distribution of these black spots? Location on the body?

4. Have you taken any treatment yet?

5. Any associated medical disorders?

Please let me know the answers, I will guide you thoroughly.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Possible cutaneous amyloidosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have worked through your response in detail

As per your description the possibility of cutaneous amyloidosis is high.

This require both topical and systemic medication.

I generally prescribe oral medications of Atarax one pill at bedtime along with Allegra twice a day for 1 month plus Ointment Mometasone and Venusia XXXXXXX cream for 2 weeks to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.

Post your further queries if any
Thank you
