Question: hi I am 54 years old I been having Erectile Dysfunction lately. Not sure way I do not see any medical reason way blood pressure is good. no diabetes . I am not obesity. Prostate good. meds are Hydrochlorothazide,and Simvastatin. It happen also last November.What do think.What can i do to stop this problem

Without a thorough clinical examination it would be difficult to figure out a cause of erectile dysfunction. If you haven't been evaluated by a doctor, the first step is to see one. We will not be able to treat ED effectively without a clinical examination.

If you have already been evaluated by a doctor, my next suggestion is to try switching your antihypertensive medications. There are reports that hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic can cause ED. I would consider angiotensin receptor blocker as alternative.
