Brief Answer:
You don't have fever, cough difficulty breathing.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

You are sneezing and having running nose and this can be a symptom of allergy.
You don't have fever, cough, difficulty breathing which are more likely to be symptoms of covid19. Also diarrhea and nausea can be symptoms of covid19.
If you have allergy it is likely you had it in the previous years.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
