Question: hello doctor,

i am topical antifungal and steroids from past 5 mnths(dk gel,candid-b,levocet 5mg) but there is no use.can you please suggest how to proceed?PFA

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

I can see red, scaly, patches which are suggestive of fungal infection. I would advice you to take an oral antifungal e.g either Itraconazole 100mg capsule, twice daily for 4- 6 weeks. In addition you may use either luliconazole 1% cream or ketoconazole 2% cream, twice daily for the same duration. You may take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription medications to be taken under supervision and with regular follow up.

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for quick reply.

I will use CANDIFORCE (Itraconazole 100MG) twice for 4-6 weeks (morning and night consumption okay?)
L SY (luliconazole 1%) twice for 4-6 weeks
OKACET( cetirizine 10mg) till relief from itching (when to consume?)
