Brief Answer:
Bilateral small stones- no treatment at present

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
your reports show you have small stones inboth kidneys and you have high uric acid and calcium.

you do not need any operation for stone . they should come out by themselves. drink 3 to 4 litre liquids everyday. avoid milk and meat products in diet.

do not take any protein powders or dietary suppliments.

there is no need for specific medicines.

get iPTH test and kft and urine routine tests after 15 days.

best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Try to keep uric acid below 6.0

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

For uric acid avoid nonvegetarian intake, avoid coffee, avoid spinach and mustard leaves(sarsho ka saag) and leafy vegetables.

If persistently high uric acid, do consider starting medications such as tab Febuxostat 40mg under the guidance of your doctor.
