Brief Answer:
nerve root compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The burning sensation with pins and needles are suggestive of a nerve root compression at the level of lower spine. Oral muscle relaxants, adequate hydration, local steroid injections, methylcobalamin supplements and medicines like pregabalin help in improvement. You can get the diagnosis confirmed after an MRI scan of the spine and consult a neurologist for proper prescription medicines.
I hope this answers your query.
