Brief Answer:
Damaged nose mucosa.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

From what you are describing seems like you have a damaged mucosa of the nose because of an upper respiratory tract infection. It happens very often that during those infections the nose mucosa becomes dry and irritated and so easily damageable.

If you have cough for more then a month and not good general condition then you should think about other serious problems like lung cancer. But in your case I don't think you have lung cancer, just what I described above.

I suggest that you apply vaseline to your nose daily and give it some time to heal.

I hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Brief Answer:
Blood drips in the throat from the back of the nose.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As I explained above, I don't see it much possible to be lung cancer.
The blood that you see in the phlegm can be dripping in the back of the throat from the nose.

But if you are so much concerned about a lung cancer, you can consider doing a lung CT, or a MRI.

Kind regards,
Dr. Papaqako
