Brief Answer:
no significant difference...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per CDC, there is no infection (respiratory infection causing organism) that is significantly different from that in US. There may or may not be stain difference; but no significant characteristic difference.

I am glad to know chest X-ray is within normal limits. I would continue treating with symptomatic medications. At this point, I would like to know the response you had with inhalers. And what inhalers have been used?
What other symptoms besides cough - chest pain or breathing difficulty?
And is the cough associated with sputum?

There are multiple reasons for cough. A detailed clinical history and examination is extremely helpful to isolate the cause.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.
