Question: im gettin yellow discharge from pennies and is burning while urinating

Yellow discharge from penis accompanied by burning during urination generally a sign of sexually transmitted disease.
Before proceeding ahead I would be needing some informations from you so that I am in a better position to reply you.
Since when you are having this penis discharge?
Is there any history of unprotected sex and when did that happen?
Your disharge is found only in morning or it is seen throughout the day?
Is there any rash around your genital areas?
Any painful lymph nodes around genital area?
Please supply these informations so that we can proceed ahead with our discussion.

yes i did on last friday, before that i had sex was a month ago, there slight swelling down the gentle area ,since 2 three 3days im having that discharge , im very scared isit very serious

Your symptoms and history suggest that you may be suffering from gonorrhea.
Common causes for penis discharge are
gonococcal urethritis( gonorrhea )
non-gonococcal which includes chlamydia and other less common infections
it usually takes two to five days from infection to symptoms in gonorrhea.
How is the diagnosis made?
Penile discharge or urethritis is diagnosed by finding white blood cells (neutrophils or pus cells) on a urethral swab or 'first catch' urine sample (ie urine taken from when you first begin to pass water).
The infecting organism might be identified from these samples.
Ideally, the patient should be seen in an STD clinic for prompt examination of specimens.
Gonococcal urethritis is diagnosed in 98 per cent of men by microscopic examination of the discharge obtained from a urethral swab.
Other infections are less easily diagnosed. Between 6 and 11 per cent of sexually active men carry chlamydia in their urethra with minimal or no symptoms.
The diagnosis of genital chlamydial infections is made by Nucleic acid amplification tests (NAAT), such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), transcription mediated amplification (TMA), and the DNA strand displacement amplification (SDA) . NAAT for chlamydia may be performed on swab specimens collected from the urethra (men) or on self voided urine.
You must also get tested for HIV also.
As advised earlier,you must consult a STD clinic and get the required investigations and treatment done.
Yes it is a serious matter if left untreated.
Take a prompt action and make sure you don't indulge in such activities again.
