HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nopalea is obtained from the fruit of the nopal catcus. It is thought to contain anti oxidants that can reduce inflammation in the body.

Though there are individual patient or customers reviews or testomonials that state the the medication is effective however there are no medical clinical studies that have been conducted by the medical fraternity or drug service to confirm its effectiveness of action.

If your husband wishes to try it to see if it works for him he can but at present there is no medical information available on it to assess it.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
