Brief Answer:
Sweat will not transmit infection, but breast milk can.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

HIV is transmitted mainly through sexual contact (vaginal, anal) and through blood transfusion from an infected person. HIV is not contracted via sweat. Touching the sweat of a person with HIV will not transmit the infection. Here the fluid from breast and nipple, what you are referring to, might be sweat. Therefore, there is no chance of infection being transmitted. Obviously, she may not be a lactating woman with breast milk. Breast milk has some possibility of transmission of infection.

In case you have any doubts, you need to get some blood tests done. HIV ELISA test now, at 3 months and 6 months later. If all these are negative then you can be rest assured that you have not got infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Then 99.9%, I can say that there is no chance of getting the infection. But still, if you have a small doubt then blood test is the only way to clear the doubt.

Hope I have answered your query.
