Brief Answer:
Not recommend .

Detailed Answer:

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your query and health concerns in detail ,
Drug interactions are reported among people who take Aspirin and Strontium ranelate together.
They are -in female:

1. Hyponatraemia (abnormally low level of sodium in the blood; associated with dehydration)
2. Renal failure acute (rapid kidney dysfunction)
3. Blister (small pocket of fluid within the upper layers of the skin caused by forceful rubbing (friction), burning, freezing, chemical exposure)
4. Mouth ulceration (mouth ulcers)
5. Poor quality sleep.
After 60+:

Renal failure acute (rapid kidney dysfunction)
Cytolytic hepatitis (dissolution or destruction of a liver cell)
Decreased appetite
Dysphagia (condition in which swallowing is difficult or painful)
Erythema multiforme (a type of hypersensitivity reaction).

So both are not recommended together .Take care .

I hope this answers your query.

Is there a difference between Strontium renovate and Strontium citrate? Is Strontium citrate OK to take with baby aspirin?

Brief Answer:
Detail below .

Detailed Answer:

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Strontium ranelate and Strontium citrate. They are both Strontium salts. Strontium ranelate is composed of two atoms of stable Strontium (natural) and a molecule of ranelic acid (synthetic/man-made). Strontium citrate is composed of two atoms of Strontium and a molecule of citric acid.
citrate salt of Strontium is more readily absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract as compared to Strontium carbonate or other Strontium salts. However Strontium ranelate is known to be more bioavailable (chemical that is eventually able to reach systemic circulation).
Chances of experiencing side-effects with Strontium ranelate are marginally more than with Strontium citrate.
Strontium ranelate is almost twice as expensive as Strontium citrate.
No , it is not okay to take Strontium citrate with baby aspirin.
Hope my answer is helpful.
