Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been suspected to have adrenal Tumor/cyst.

Ultrasound scan and CT scans show the adrenal glands and can often confirm whether a tumor is present, how large it is, and whether it has spread to nearby sites. CT scans also show the organs near the adrenal glands, as well as lymph nodes and distant organs.

I had both tests & both came back clean. My DHEA is elevated but all other hormones are normal. I have seen a doctor who suggested PCOS & another dr say it was all bc of stress. What do you think?

Answered by Dr. Dr. P. T. Patil (32 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
It could be due to PCOS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
DHEA is produced by Adrenal and to some extent by Ovary,Since Ultrasound and CT have revealed your adrenals to be normal your raised DHEA is most likely to be due to PCOS.

There is nothing to be worried about it,

Thanks and Regards.
