Brief Answer:
possibly

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Vaginal introitus can get atrophied especially after menopause. Its difficult to stretch it out at that stage, due to lack of elasticity in the skin after menopause. You can try using a dilator several times a day just the stretch the skin. Several sizes are available. Use lots of lubrication to avoid pain. Insert it for a few seconds and remove periodically. But be careful not to use force.

Brief Answer:
lubrication

Detailed Answer:
Try using lots of lubrication first. Apply inside the vagina and on the penis also. If that doesnt work, you can use dilators. Start with a smaller ones and increase the side gradually. It will take time.
