Brief Answer:
normal periods will happen on time

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

welcome to health care magic.

Ovarian cysadenoma as you must be knowing is a benign tumor so only the cyst is removed and thus leaving the other ovary and uterus in place.

So you will get your period on scheduled time with slightly deviated timing (may be) because of stress of surgery.
This flesh like discharge you are having can be your period so just wait and see for flow.

Wish you the best of health. Take care.
