Brief Answer:
Having a glass of wine won't cause any trouble

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

limited amount of alcohol won't interfere with your blood tests. Remember that - for some tests - fasting for 12 hours is required (like the lipids). So drinking a glass of wine won't interfere with the tests. If you drink many glasses of wine, then I can't guess what will happen with your liver enzymes. Liver toxicity may happen with binge drinking.
