Brief Answer:
Blood test may reveal

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

Blood test may reveal antibodies which are produced as a reaction to these infections but it may not be accurate enough so it is advisable to do eye smear test to isolate exact cause if conjunctivitis. urine test can't detect chlamydia or gonorrhea in other parts of body but in urinary system.

Hope this helps you.
Wish you good health. Regards
