Get go 20 mg or tadalafil has no such confirmatory side effects on sperm count and motility.
Same as with nano leo.The manufacturers never recommend nano leo for sperm improvement.
There are no confirmatory evidence on improvement on sperm count and motility or its bad effect on the same.
If you want to improve your sperm count,please send me all the reports along with your medical history .

Thank you doctor. I had eractile dysfunction and low testosterone and consult doctor he suggested to go for getgo 20mg and nano Leo, I took the tablet for 2 months continuously and also i m taking whenever it is required. Almost 6 month i m using it and not continuously. We trying for a baby. Last week took semen analysis and attached the report, i have 60% active motality and 90 million sperm count, just want to know whether these medicine have any side effect on sprems.. Can i stop the medicine? Or should i take as long as i need sex?
