Will Aspirin Intake Cause Bleeding From The Abdomen?

Question: I have been taking two 325 mg aspirin for two weeks to aid sleep. Just this PM started traces or minor drops of blood in urine. If the aspirin is causing stomach bleeding will it show up in urine?

Any kind of bleeding in gastrointestinal tract is limited to it and never goes through the kidneys to show in urine.

In my view there is need for evaluation of hematuria as it can be due to various factors ranging from infection to malignancy.
