Question: 3 weeks ago I had 2 episodes of dizziness and vomiting which lasted short time. 2 weeks ago I experienced sensation in left side brain creeping up to middle, stood up from desk to shake off, walk to doorway and collapsed. Severe nausea and headache, unable to get up, profuse sweating, started vomiting.
This episode of nausea and headache left side lasted 3 hrs. CT scan of head, Dr said brain appears normal, all blood and urine normal, BP and EKG normal. Two Drs at 1800 said it may be vertigo.
ENT R said it is not vertigo, sent to another Dr, unknown, said it may be stress or exposure to chemicals
Nuasea gone but this time the headache wont go away on left and backside of head.

Brief Answer:
Seems not a serious condition.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Since the examinations resulted okay, you shouldn't worry much more than necessary.

I think that episodes of vertigo, food poisoning, may cause such issues.

If these episodes repeat further evaluation with brain MRI, nystagmography, neurological evaluation, may be necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
