Question: 8 yr old girl, present with left knee pain and limping. problems occur over 1 week. normal x-rays of hips, knee, and foot. MRI of hip shows present of minor fluids in the hip area. lab work is also normal. patient does not have any injury or trauma. please advise, thank you!
