Brief Answer: HYPERACIDITY Detailed Answer: Hi Dear Welcome to the XXXXXXX There is nothing to do with the timings of 7 pm or 5 pm. Little more history is required from your end in the follow up query to explain the things better, like frequency of stools, nausea, urge to go for toilet immediately after having meals, excess eating habits of junk and spicy food, forcing to take extra meals by parents, particular food she may not liking to eat etc. Please detail in further query. My first suspected diagnosis is hyperacidity witch is quite common now days due to the unusual eating habits of children. She may be tried giving oral PPI like lansoprazole once daily for some weeks. Deworming with single dose of albendazole to be done. Stool routine examination and its culture to be carried out to know any infection like bacterial or amoebiasis, which can be treated accordingly. Hope the query is answered, Please feel free for further clarification. Thanks
