it looks like a migraine. I suggest you take Tab. Headset as and when required to a maximum of twice a day. I would suggest you note down the aggravating factors and relieving factors and follow respectively. Deep breathing exercises 20 minutes a day will help relieve stress. Drink plenty of water around 3 to 4 liters per day.

Occipital neuralgia is due to compressed or irritated nerves that run from the neck, up the back of the head to the scalp.
Migraines are related to changes in the brain which often have an aggravating factor such as perfumes, some food, light, hunger etc.
