Why Have I Been Experiencing Extreme Throbbing And Pain In My Legs And Arms?
Question: Over the last couple of months I have started to experience extreme throbbing and pain in my legs and arms?

Pain in the limbs can be due to different possible cause. It can be related to:
(1) nerve supply to the area, if the nerves to the areas are not working as they should, then pain can be result.
Nerve related pain is called neuropathy.
(2) Muscle related pain but since it involves both upper and lower limbs, it would imply that it is a systemic illnesses causing the muscle pain eg RA, lupus, viral illness, polymyositis
(3) Trauma
To determine the cause, you would need to see your doctor for an assessment which would include a thorough history of all your symptoms, physical examination of the limbs plus a general examination and investigations.
Blood tests would be first line eg complete blood count and ESR (checks for inflammation), tests for the systemic illnesses mentioned
If the pain is thought to be nerve related, then you may need to see a neurologist
