Question: My vision has been getting worse since I had cataracts removed in 2012 by an ophthalmologist. At that time I had ReSTOR multifocal lenses implanted. My eyesight was always good before the surgery, but worsened significantly after surgery. I also encountered massive floaters that were treated with lasers three times. Went to a Retina specialist recently who performed a vitrectomy in each eye. The spider web floaters are gone but now I am seeing small floaters again, and my vision continues to degrade.

I can understand your concern. As per your age and history, the vision deterioration may be again due to floaters. for floaters, you underwent laser for three times and victrectomy, but surgery also do not remove floaters completely. It recurs again. Other causes may be eye inflammation, retinal tear.
