Question: I have been having a warm sensation inside my lower back left leg below my knee. It started Thursday evening while playing golf. It has happened a few times again yesterday and a couple of times today so far. There is no pain or swelling. It just comes and goes.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to methylcobalamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The feeling of warm sensation below the knee can be related to a mild nerve root irritation at the level of lumbar spine or due to methylcobalamin deficiency. Since there is no pain or swelling this is not likely to be related to any serious cause. Taking methylcobalamin supplements for a few days will help.
I hope this answers your query.
