For the past year or so my brain has felt funny. It's almost like it feels like it is lifting itself inside my head. It isn't accompanied by any pain but it is a little disconcerting. Almost has that "bonkers" feeling. I get this without having taken any type of medication or over the counter anything.

Thanks for your query.

I would need some detailed description of the

1)Symptoms you have .

2)Any trigger and relieving factors

3)Associated symptoms or illnesses

5)Any cardiac ( heart ) symptoms like palpitation , increased heart rate when you have the above complaint.

The above information may help ,me to opine on your query better.
