Hello XXXXXXX,
Fatigue as well as dryness and itching of skin can be explained to a thyroid problem.
Pins and needles sensation suggests neuropathy ( that means your nerves are getting affected).

I would like to know, have you been diagnosed as having thyroid problem and are you taking any medication ?

I suggest you to get your thyroid levels (T3, T4 and TSH) done once.

Take Vitamin B complex capsules to strengthen your nerves.

Apply moisturisers twice daily to prevent itching.

Once I have these answers, I would be able to guide you better
Wishing you good health
Thank you.

I have an occasional rapid heartbeat. When I first started with it the Drs diagnosed me with Graves disease. But after 2 years or so I the Dr said that either I had gone into remission or it has gone away. I take propranolol and i was fine until about 1 month ago. I was retested for the Graves but that was normal. My Dr upped the dosage of the propranolol but I am still concerned that it is something else. The palpatations are usually at night.

I am a 43 year old male. My entire life I have felt hot and I have always sweated profusely. The least little amount of activity can trigger sweating. Even when I go skiing and it's 20-degrees, I can only wear a single layer of clothing (short sleeve shirt). I tend to get dehydrated very quickly, so I have to drink water also continuously. In social settings, I tend to avoid activity in an effort to avoid getting hot and sweaty. Do I have Hyperthyroidism or some other condition? This constant condition can't be normal and it certainly prohibits me from living life to the fullest.

Thank you. About three weeks ago, I noticed a slight redness of skin at throat area. It waned and is now back on all over the front of my neck. The skin seems puffed and is very red. No small or large bumps on skin. My throat is mildly sore.
