Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concern...

Well, at this outset, this type of bleeding could be due to several causes starting from vaginal wall thinning, some amount of excessive friction causing injuries to the mucosa, alteration in the cervical mucosa, post tube ligation reduction in the hormonal levels (Estrogen and Progesterone mainly)...

First of all, I'd suggest using some water-soluble jelly while having sex as well as plenty of foreplay beforehand and observe afterwards.

However, if it keeps on repeating, then a thorough Gynecological check-up is recommended. In case you're due for a routine PAP-smear check-up, then it should also be discussed with your Gynecologist.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care
Kind Regards
