Why Could I Have Had Chronic Cough For Several Years Despite Taking Hydrocodone / Acetaminophen?
Question: I have had a chronic cough for several years. My current Pulmonologist has prescribed me hydrocodone/acetaminophen for 2 years now. I only take a fraction of the prescribed dose because it scares me. And I know it is only masking the symptoms. I have a small diverticula on my esophagus but was told this is not the problem. I am so sick of coughing. It almost feels like something is in my throat. I have had barium swallow test..........bronchoscopy
