Brief Answer:
The new symptom is called the aura.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I would try my best to help you.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, your new symptom is called an aura, visual aura to be precise. The symptoms of aura occur before a headache and last for a short duration. In most cases, it is followed by headaches.

If you get frequent headaches, you should start preventive medicines such as topiramate or propranolol to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches. Sumatriptan or rizatriptan can be taken to get rid of headaches, as and when necessary.

I hope my answer helps.

Wishing you good health.
