Thank you for your query.

What you describe sounds very much like a generalised allergy or reaction.
It could be to a fabric, a cosmetic, soap, pets, to detergents in your laundry, to specific food items , to changes in the weather, to pollen, to insect bites, to certain medications you might be taking etc.
Allergic symptoms of this type should not be neglected, as sometimes, the severity might increase, and cause trouble in breathing etc.
The rashes also could be because of the allergy.
Only you can determine which of the inciting factors mentioned above is reliable.
To know the exact cause, you need to consult your Physician and have a complete allergy screen.
Also, rarely pins and needles sensations could signify diabetes, so you need to screen for that too.
A complete renal and liver profile also should be done, as mild hepatic derangement could manifest as itching and rashes.
Various viral diseases could present that way too.

Consult your physician.
Meanwhile, use an anti allergen like Allercet, or Levocet.
Avoid going outdoors, wear cotton unscented non allergic clothes.
Avoid application of perfumed products on the skin directly.

Take care, and feel free to ask for further clarifications.
