Hi,
Thanks for posting the query on XXXXXXX
After going through your query , I would like to comment the following:
1. You seem to be having pricking chest pain on left side of chest and hands.
2. Is it associated with sweating? Since how long are you experiencing this pain? Do you have any other symptoms like cough, breathlessness or fever? Are suffering from any other disease like diabetes, hypertension or asthma?Do you have back pain.
3. Based on your symptoms you need to visit a Physician as soon as possible and get your ECG and chest Xray done at the earliest.
4. Thus your symptoms need to be investigated on the above lines.

I hope I have answered your query. I will be glad to answer follow up queries if any.

Please accept my answer if you have no follow up queries.
