Hello,

There are many causes for nausea bloating and constipation.
If you have pain there is possible an bowel obstruction.
Colon cancer, chron disease , ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis can cause nausea , bloating constipation sometimes alternated with diarrhoea.
Also liver chirosis and gallstones can cause it.
You need further examination to determine the csuse. A complete blood count and an ultrasound may need to be done.
Keep yourself under observation.
