Question: Hi...I am having throat related problem - if I talk for long I start to cough and also itching feeling is there inside.

Hello,

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Did you have cold and sore throat earlier?

Do you have body pains and fever?

You seem to have started with laryngeal infection because of the previous infection with nose slowly trickling to pharynx and larynx. If you do not treat it would lead to bronchitis.
You can continue on Cefixime. I suggest to take Tab Benz and gargling with Betadine mouth wash.

Voice rest is very important.

Thanks Doc Suma , I did not have cold or sore throat recently. Also no body pain or fever currently during this problem. Will start Tab Benz but for how many days should I continue the same? I will start gargling also
