I feel tense
What can I do to feel good ?
What I do and that is not enough
- meditation
- walking
- nap
- supplements
- knowledge increase in the field of alternative medecine
- no newspaper , no TV
- very quiet activities on week end
- stretching and yoga
- marriage conseling
- career conseling
- positive thinking
But it is not enough . I wake up at night . I do not feel XXXXXXX

first of all tell me why do you feel tense? what is the problem you are having?
second change your sleeping habits. avoid waking at nights as it is the main cause of the depression. try to sleep early and wake early in the morning. go for morning walk or jogging. try the healthy living. involve your self in friendly conversations and social gatherings. keep in touch with you religious activities it is the most peaceful place. try to have a daily counselling with the psychologist for atleast one week. along with that use your medications prescribed by your psychiatrist. it will hopefully help you.
