Please help i have these white bumps on my lips for the past two years they dont hurt what are they?

The bumps that you have are called Fordyce's spots.

This is not a disease but just a anatomical aberration. These are sebaceous glands which were not supposed to be there but accidentally have developed over the lips.

No treatment is required and these spots will never cause any problem.

You may relax and forget about them.
