Question: Hi ..My daughter is 4 months old.. till now I fed her with breast milk..Now I am planning of going back to work.. Can you please suggest that which milk should I prefer to feed her when am away.Pumping doesnt work for me..thanks in advance

Thanks for writing to us.
I understand you need to join work soon.
It is better to go for similac advanced stage one till 6 months and then stage 2.
You need to start weaning foods too as you will be away for few hours daily.
Weaning foods like boiled apple and any Boiled vegetables can be started.
Rice gruel and ddhal can be started too.
Try breastfeeding all the time when you are at home.
Even if you can feed only in the night, continue breastfeeding.
Youcan gradually decrease the frequency of breastfeeding but try giving till 2 years.
